Makeup Wishlist

im a full time student.

dependent to my parents.

no part time jobs.

in short im BROKE!!!

i save money inorder to buy makeups. and makeup by the way is like a drug to me. it gives me that sort of happiness if i have new lipstick, eyeshadow, blush and all other makeup. its my stress reliever. some people may say that im having an Obssessive Compulsive Disorder when i order makeup online everytime. keke but i really dont care. they say makeup expires so i shouldnt collect that much and just give it away, but i wonder if you were in my shoes saving up money in order to buy these makeup and just give it away how will you feel? i have too much makeup dilemma. LOL

i also have a dream. im currently taking up Nursing and i will be graduating this 2011. later on, i will be reviewing for NLE and *cross fingers and toes* someday i will pass and be a REGISTERED NURSE. while being an R.N., im going to be a freelance makeup artist or i can make my own portfolio and apply for M.A.C. Philippines as an makeup artist ! hahaha (dream on REZI!) but yeah i know i probably wont make it to M.A.C. with just my capabalities, by which i mean watching tutorials of Michelle Phan, bubzbeauty, xteener, juicystar07, allthatglitters, MissJessicaHarlow and copying their makeup looks. *sigh* any way this is already off topic. LOL

in conclusion: i have to save up inorder to buy the products that i will mention below.  

1. URBAN DECAY NAKED PALETTE

im a sucker for warm, browns, nudes and earthly colors just because they are great as an everyday use. and this palette includes an double ended 24/7 glide on pencil in zero(black) and whiskey(warm brown) and the famous UD primer potion in travel size.

2. SIGMA BRUSH KIT - Make Me Blush - Coral

ive been really wanting these brushes. they're a dupes for MAC brushes and i heard a lot of good reviews about this brushes. my current brushes are from ELF and Marrionaud and some other unnamed brushes, they're still okay but i just wanted to have a brushes that are pink! hahaha they're adorable!

3. LANEIGE SLIDING PACT EX (Snow Crystal)

okay, just the name itself~ sliding pact! and the picture~ it looks like a cellphone! bubzbeauty raved for this! bubzbeauty loves Laneige. and Song Hye Gyo is the main indorser of Laneige! Laneige fyi is a Korean brand. this powder has SPF 25 and its waterproof!

yeah i know~ i probably wont afford all of these products. *sigh* it would take years for me to save up and buy these products. *sigh* maybe for now, i will just be using my Coastal Scents 88 warm pallette as an alternative for the Urban Decay Naked pallette, i will just stick with my ELF and Marrionaud and other unnamed brushes, and will be as usual be using my Maybelline powder foundation :( makes me sad. kekeke but its okay.

i have great alternatives for this products at the moment :)

New Years Glam

New Year is coming up without us noticing. This look will look great in New Year's Eve. Sparkles and shimmers is always a must have for a new year's eve party for a very alluring and enchanting eyes that can make everyone notice you.

                             please read further for this makeup tutorial :)

*Nichido eyelash curler

*E.L.F. eyeliner brush

*E.L.F. blending eye brush

*E.L.F. eyeshadow brush

*E.L.F. complexion brush

*E.L.F. powder brush

*Marrionnaud foundation brush

1. Revlon Photoready Foundation in Golden Beige - i used this foundation with the Marrionnaud foundation brush to hide blemishes and to even out the complexion.

2. NYX concealer in a jar in Beige - i used this to conceal the dark circles. Dont worry if you have dark circles! Michelle Phan says that 9 out of 10 people have dark circles!

3. Maybelline AngelFit powder foundation in Natural Beige Ochre - set in the concealer and foundation with a powder. use a patting motion using the E.L.F. powder brush.

4. Milani BrowFix in Medium - define your brows! i constantly remind myself to do this coz it will really make a difference. Brows frame your eyes so make sure to fill in the sparse areas.

5. NYX eyeshadow base in Pearl - use an eye primer to make the eyeshadows vibrant and last longer.

6. Coastal Scents Metal Mania - i used the eyeshadows that has a star on the picture below:

7. Maybelline Impact Express Felt Tip Liner - use as stated in the picture above.

8. Nichido Eye Contour Pencil in Blackest Black - rim your water line.

9. Maybelline Volum Express Hypercurl Cat Eyes Mascara - curl your lashes first using the Nichido eyelash curler before putting on mascara.

10. NYX roundlipstick in Lousiana - bright pink lips will pull of this look!

11. Coastal Scents 10 Color Blush - i used the blush that has a star on it:

so thats how i did the look! :) im planning to do a remake of Michelle Phan's New Years Magic makeup tutorial. kekeke stay tune for that. here is the final look!

I GOT A FRINGE!!!!!

i got a fringe 2weeks ago~ so im late in posting this but as the old saying goes "better be late than never" i usually have the side swept kind of bangs but i grew tired of them and went to David's Salon to have a full bangs and i never regretted coz im predicting that 2011 is the comeback of the BANGS or FRINGE!

Revlon Lipsticks in Stormy Pink and Champagne on Ice

"Never Judge A Lipstick By The Color In the Tube" - cl2425

i was inpired by Say http://saytiocoartillero.blogspot.com/ who is doing a Lipstick Haul/Swatches on her blog so i decide to purchase some lipsticks on my own.

 i originally wanted to buy new Revlon lipstick in "Fire and Ice" but the sales lady was confused and said to me "Baka champagne on ice yung hinahanap ninyo. Wala kami FIRE ON ICE" keke i almost laughed when she said fire on ice. so i thought oh well maybe they dont have it yet in the store i went in to.

so i end up buying SUPER LUSTROUS "Champagne on Ice" which the saleslady is talking about and im glad i found this shade~ it's a beauty!!( i always get the PINKS, NUDES and CORALS)

and i also got the new shade which is a SUPER LUSTROUS MATTE lipstick in "Stormy Pink" which is a bright pink which i usually wear.

REVIEW:

Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick in "Stormy Pink" - i love the color! its a wearable barbie pink. i find it a bit drying so make sure to put on lipbalm first or a lipgloss underneath.

Super Lustrous Lipstick in "Champagne on Ice" - it is mousturising comparing it with stormy pink. it glides on smoothly and looks best in different makeup looks!

both lipsticks are not long lasting but i dont mind reapplying them.

Brand New Start + Christmas Getaway

i deleted my previous post just because they're arent interesting at all. kekeke so here i am doing the best i can do to make a new post that can be interesting for me. anyway, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR! ^^,

spent christmas at baguio with the family~ and i bought my favorite cakes from TEA HOUSE~ Blueberry Cheese cake and Chona's Delight!

i studied at Saint Louis University, Baguio City for 2semesters and 1summer but for personal reasons i decided to go back to Pangasinan to be with my mom. Baguio, for me, is really close to my heart. it's like my second home. when i was in baguio, i felt my independence. i cook my own food, i do my groceries, i party with friends etcetera. ohh~ the good times!

although a part of me regreted that i transferred, i definetely look at it in the bright side. maybe there is something that God wants me to do so i went back to the province.
